Dr. Rinde’s medical knowledge enabled him to provide me with stretches I could comfortably do at home or at the gym to alleviate the pain and stiffness in my back. Dr. Rinde also taught me exercises that would strengthen my core muscles and back muscles in order to build support around my injured disk.
