I am a licensed Naturopathic Physician and owner of
I enjoy caring for parents, professionals, and young adults and offer naturopathic primary and specialty care and physical medicine. My special interests include chronic musculoskelatal pain, injury , rheumatologic conditions, and digestive disorders.
I attended Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington and completed a residency at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health in Seattle. Before Bastyr, I completed my pre-medicine requirements at San Francisco State University and my undergraduate bachelors in science at the University of Arizona in Tucson. I also hold certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as an Corrective Exercise Specialist and the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health and Fitness Specialist. Lastly, I am appointed as an adjunct clinical faculty member at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health.
I care deeply about treating the whole person and guiding patients toward adapting a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
