Chronic Conditions Specialty Care
Mind/Brain/Mood Health

Dr. Rinde specializes in restoring balance between digestive health, metabolic health, and mental health.  This approach is informally called naturopathic gastroenterology.

Over the course of his career, he has seen how good gut function leads to a balanced metabolism and better mental health.

He treats people for functional conditions, such as:

  • intestinal permeability (leaky gut)

  • irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)

  • dysbiosis

  • food intolerance

  • small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO)

  • mystery and conundrum conditions of the digestive tract

He also addresses digestive conditions, including:

  • gastroesophageal reflux disorder (GERD),

  • gallbladder disease,  and

  • ulcer disorders.

He will work in conjunction with your  MD gastroenterologist to provide integrative care for inflammatory bowel disease (e.g., Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis).

Dr. Rinde sometimes uses old- fashioned medicine but also sophisticated approaches like microbiome testing and balancing. Dr. Rinde uses The GI-map test, Leap MRT testing, and SIBO breath testing often in his evaluations.
