Welcome to the Meta-Set Class. A program designed to help you recharge your metabolism so you will not have to diet anymore.

 

We all want to be at a healthy weight. Aren’t you tired of worrying about it all time? The concerns of having an unchecked metabolism are plentiful including:

  • Risk for insulin resistance and type II diabetes

  • Risk of joint and back pain

  • Risk of sleep issues effecting memory and cognition

  • Risk for heart disease

 

After 20 years of helping people address this issue and also personally dealing with the challenges of metabolism, I am ready to put my knowledge out in a full-fledged program.

Course Objective

  • Detailed understanding of your metabolism and what it takes to balance it.

  • Knowledge of how to eat and how to move to have the most efficient metabolism

  • Factors that throw of your metabolism and what to do about it.

Course Outline

  • Part 1 (Weeks 1-2): Recharge your metabolism:  Jump start your metabolism by helping your leptin and insulin receptors become more sensitive. We will you’re your metabolism turn back on.

  • Part 2 (Weeks 3-5)  Adaptation: Become fat adapted. If your body is not burning fat then you aren’t becoming leaner. This is the key is getting fat adapted. 

  • Part 3 (weeks 6-7):  Balance: Dysregulated stress and disrupted sleep wreak havoc on the metabolism. Get these aspects in balance to help regulate circadian rhythm and endocrine hormones

  • Part 4 (week 8): Maintenance: Move from dietary intervention to a sustainable lifestyle. Gain an immunity to falling back to former patterns.

Requirements and Cost

  • Must be an established patient

  • Must have current labs within the last 6 months of including CBC, CMP, Lipid Panel, Thyroid Panel, and Hemoglobin A1C.

  • Must be 15 lbs. or more over desired weight.

  • Must not have a history of any diagnosed eating disorder.

  • Must have access to computer or mobile compatible device.

  • Attend online 8 online Sessions every Thursday from 5:30 pm. to 6:30 starting February 14, 2019 through April 4, 2019

Cost and Deadlines

  • Must submit payment of $500 on or before February 5, 2019.

  • Cancellations accepted until Feb. 5, 2019

  • Limited to 15 participants on a first come first serve basis.

  • Upon submitting your payment you will receive a welcome message with further course instructions as a confirmation.
