Dr. Rinde takes a holistic approach to addressing issues such as stress, anxiety, sleep disturbances, and mood problems.

These conditions are often an imbalance in the hypothalamic- pituitary-adrenal- axis.(HPA). And also can be related to the Brain-Gut axis.

This is the link between the brain and the endocrine system.
