Plan and Iteration
We all need and love a good plan. Especially one that is directed to your level of need. Dr. Rinde will advise diet, lifestyle, supplements, and sometimes medication needs. If he feels its appropriate that you consult for medication with a cardiologist then he will advise that as well. Once a plan is outlined he provides communication to monitor plan and iterate and revise what is working and what is not. Expert guidance on the lifestyle moves, exact supplements, botanicals, and nutrients to take is invaluable.
Retesting and Maintanance
Tailored and specific retesting to the exact lab values that we are tracking will be provided after a 3 month program. This will help gauge how your program is working and provide decision points to move forward. This is a valuable step to decide whether to continue, discontinue, or revise your existing therapeutic approach.
