Gut Freedom Journey Program
Application Confirmation

Thank you for applying to to the Gut Freedom Journey.

Thank you for applying to the Gut Freedom Journey.

We know that filling out another intake form after years of medical appointments and treatments can feel heavy. The fact that you showed up here—with your full story, your hesitancy, your history—means something.

Here's what happens next:

We'll review your application within 2-3cbusiness days. We're looking at your medical history not to judge what you've tried or how "severe" your case is, but to understand what your body has been through and what questions remain unanswered.

A few things while you wait:

This might not be the right fit—and that's okay.

The Gut Freedom Journey is designed for people ready for a structured, long-term process focused on understanding patterns, not chasing quick fixes. If we don't think we can serve you well right now, we'll tell you honestly and point you toward what might help instead.

You don't have to have everything figured out.
If you selected "Yes but with some hesitancy" on the commitment question, you're in good company. Hesitancy after years of disappointment isn't a character flaw—it's wisdom. We build trust through showing up consistently, not through demanding unwavering belief upfront.

You're not starting over.

Everything you've already tried, every provider you've seen, every test you've done—none of that was wasted. It's all information. We're here to help you make sense of it, not erase it and start from scratch.

What you can do right now:

Nothing. Seriously.

You've taken a step. That's enough for today.

If you want to stay connected while you wait, you can [browse our Substack articles on gut patterns and body trust] or [watch this short video on what makes the Gut Freedom Journey different from conventional GI care], but there's no homework, no prep required.

Questions before we connect? email support@soundintegrative.com

We read every response.

— Dr. Rinde and the Gut Freedom Journey team

P.S. We aren't designed to be the first stop or the last stop in your care. If you're working with other providers, that's not just okay—it's expected. Healing doesn't happen in isolation.
