Cancellation Policy

Membership in The Gut Freedom Journey is designed as a longitudinal medical care relationship, not a pay-per-visit service that is a 6 month cohort course All new members agree to a commitment of (3) months. This minimum term reflects the time typically required to evaluate, implement a plan and see benefit. Payment & Billing Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis using the payment method on file. By enrolling, you authorize Sound Integrative Health, PLLC to charge your payment method according to your selected membership plan. Cancellation After completion of the initial three month commitment: • Membership may be canceled at any time with 30 days written notice • Notice must be submitted by email to support@soundintegrative.com • Membership fees continue during the 30-day notice period • Cancellations are not retroactive If cancellation notice is not received at least 30 days prior to the next billing date, the next month’s charge will process as scheduled. Early Termination Early cancellation during the initial six-month commitment is not permitted except at the discretion of Sound Integrative Health, PLC Documentation may be requested. Approved early termination does not include retroactive refunds. Refund Policy All processed membership payments are non-refundable. This includes: • Monthly membership fees * Partially attended months. No refunds are provided for early termination, missed appointments, or non-utilization of services. Membership Pause Options are not available, Additional pauses require approval and may be denied. Scope of Membership Membership provides access to scheduled outpatient care and communication as defined in your plan. Membership does not include: • Supplement costs * Additional labs and imaging. In case of emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency facility. Clinical Continuity Clinical recommendations may extend beyond the term of membership. Ending membership does not obligate Sound Integrative Health, PLLC to provide ongoing care, prescription refills, or clinical monitoring beyond legally required transition-of-care provisions. Policy Changes Sound Integrative Health, PLLC. reserves the right to update membership terms with 30 days written notice. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Acknowledgment By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these membership terms.
