  • You have been given the diagnosis of IBS, IBD, SIBO, or other functional bowel disorders.

What Is The Gut Freedom Journey and Why Is It Different

1.

Deep analysis of your digestive function using data-driven GTDX™ assessment system .

Treatments do not work if the assessment is wrong.  We have brought 20 years of clinical patterns, lab testing, and modern diagnostics into a tool that identifies your core areas of digestive imbalance. From this you are delivered a customized road map of your unique imbalance.

Customized Roadmap and treatment Strategy

2.

We synthesize your assessment into a clear outline of Goals, Strategy, Treatments, Implementation, and monitoring. The plan is based on years of understanding the correct treatment sequencing and cadence. The Gut Freedom Treatment Flow is different from standard protocols. Because depending on where you are in the track of healing ; you are unique and need a customized plan.

Deeper, more guided experience than standard Care

3.

During the program you will have hour long sessions with Dr. Rinde with careful discussion, problem solving, evaluation, and implementation. No choppy communication, no rushing, and no loss of cadence. You will also have access to him in-between visits for ongoing support. You will also be welcomed into our Gut Freedom Circle Community – our private online community of those on the Gut Freedom Journey . Here we meet monthly for Q&A's and there is tremendous access to resources for learning, tips, tools, and much more.

You've been tested before. You still don't have an answer.

Most people arrive here with a folder or a massive upload of documents.

Panels from three practitioners, a list of forty foods you can't eat, and a diagnosis that names your symptoms back to you without explaining a thing.

That's not a testing problem.

It's a method problem.

Probably the biggest thing that landed in medical school to us was the fact that a "treatment" usually doesn't work when the assessment is wrong. Not the other way around

The Gut Root-Cause Assessment runs a  structured process on every person who walks through it — a detailed questionnaire, a safety screen, functional testing chosen for your pattern, and a written findings report that maps what's actually driving your symptoms and the order to correct it in. We call the system GTDX™. It's the method  two decades of practice turned into something repeatable.

You'll leave with a map and a sequence — not another panel for the folder.

We Get It — Because We’ve Lived It

  • We know how frustrating and isolating gut issues can be — because we’ve lived it too.

  • This program was built from both clinical expertise and personal healing experience, so you’re guided with compassion, not judgment.

How we find what's actually driving this

Most gut testing goes one of two ways.

Either you're told everything is normal and offered a prescription for the symptom  or you're handed a 200-marker panel, a long list of things that are "off," and a supplement protocol built from it.

Both leave out the part that matters: a method for deciding what to look for, and what any of it means together.

That method is what you're actually buying here.

We call it GTDX™, and it runs the same way every time.

It starts before any test is ordered.

You complete the Digestive Wellness Questionnaire — a detailed instrument covering seven areas of digestive function, from upper-GI symptoms to the gut–brain connection.

It produces your Digestive Wellness Score: a single baseline number we measure against later, so improvement is something you can see rather than something you're told.

Then we check for what's dangerous, first. Before anything else, a formal safety screen looks for the conditions that must not be missed or self-managed — inflammatory bowel disease, celiac, and others. Some people who come to us need a gastroenterologist more than they need a program, and we would rather be the practice that tells them so.

Then the testing is chosen for you — and only what will change something. Your questionnaire pattern determines which panels get ordered. Two core panels come standard — comprehensive stool testing and SIBO/IMO breath testing. Beyond those, testing is added only when your pattern calls for it — organic acids, food-reactivity, barrier markers — and only when a result would genuinely change the plan. If it wouldn't, you don't run it and you don't pay for it.

Then it's interpreted as one picture. Your results are read together, not marker by marker, against your history and your symptom pattern. That interpretation becomes your Findings Report: a written map of your terrain in plain language, with the drivers named, the sequence explained, and your personalized five-phase plan attached — Discover, Stabilize, Correct, Rebuild, Sustain.

Roughly three to four weeks from start to plan in hand. And at ninety days, we sit down again, re-score you, and find out whether it moved..

What we won't do

  1. We won't run a panel that can't change the plan. Including panels you may have been told you need.

  2. We won't build a protocol on a disputed marker without telling you it's disputed. Some widely sold gut tests measure something other than what their name suggests. Where we use one anyway, you'll be told why and what weight it's carrying.

  3. We won't remove foods permanently on a test result. Food-reactivity panels are used here to decide the order foods get challenged in — never to hand you a list of things to avoid forever. We put most of them back, on purpose, one at a time, and find out which ones are real.

  4. We won't tell you a pattern was found when one wasn't. If your testing is unrevealing, you'll hear that — and you'll still leave with a plan built on the foundations that help most people most reliably.

  5. We won't take you on if you need someone else. Some presentations need a gastroenterologist, and some need co-management. You'll be told which.

  6. And you pay the lab directly. Dr. Rinde never touches your testing money and doesn't make a dollar on it — he tells you which panels are worth running and what they mean together. Ask every practitioner you talk to whether they can say the same.

The Gut Freedom Intensive — the curriculum inside every door

Everything I teach, organized into five modules that mirror the five phases.

Assessment members get Modules 1–3 — the teaching behind their Findings Report.

Journey members get all five, released as their phases reach them.

Circle members get all five, released month by month.

  • Module 1 · Your Why — Where your story actually starts. The ground you were planted in, mapping your own terrain, and the Digestive Wellness Questionnaire that turns your symptoms into a measurable baseline.

  • Module 2 · Root Cause — The Gut Freedom Ecosystem in depth: how a gut falls out of balance, zone by zone — the soil, the storm, the weeds and the wall, the chemistry, the surface signs, and the weather that keeps it stuck.

  • Module 3 · Testing — What's actually worth testing, and what isn't. How stool testing, breath testing and the conditional panels work, what each one can and cannot tell you, and how to read your own results without being sold to.

  • Module 4 · Therapeutics — The correction toolbox: nutrition strategy, targeted supplementation, motility and gut-brain therapies — what each tool is for, in what order, and the honest evidence behind it.

  • Module 5 · Routine & Resilience — Keeping what you built. Reintroduction and food freedom, relapse prevention, and the maintenance rhythm that makes a resilient gut back-page news.

New material is added as the curriculum grows — members get everything, as it's released.

Gut Freedom Community

You want to be plugged into our insider community but not necessarily ready for qualified for the immersion or 1:1 support

Three doors. One terrain.

Not three separate products — one path, with three places to step on. On a discovery call we figure out which is yours. Or whether it's none of them yet, which is a real answer too.
